Motivation Letter For Exchange Student Visa In Germany

To whom it may concern,

Nice to meet you, My name is 000. I’m a 000 University student and now I’m planning to go to Germany as an exchange student this winter semester. I’m writing to explain my plan in Germany to get a visa

Exchange student is the biggest dream in my life. I always look forward to it even before I enter the university! So I register for it this year. This year, the corona is getting weaker and I’m 00 grade in Korea so this is the best time to participate in the exchange student program for me.

I want to exchange culture with many friends through this opportunity. I live in Korea for my whole life and have never lived in another country for a long time. I will meet many friends from various countries and want to go travel to many countries in Europe during the semester.

Also staying in Germany as an exchange student, It will be helpful for me to improving my English skill. Because I have to use English to take a course and communicate with friends. My major is 000, So It is important to improve my English skill. Great English skills will be helpful to get a job in Korea!

In fact, the above things are available even if I go to another country and another university. Nevertheless, there is a reason why I chose the University of Würzburg. Many people said that Würzburg University allows many students from various countries to study and let them have many experiences. It means they always have systematic ways and programs for exchange students. They help students to get used to German University, That’s why I choose Würzburg University.

I will travel to Europe from the end of August to the end of September. Then I will arrive in Würzburg in early October.

As for the financial part and the place to live, I will live in the university dormitory. I have already applied for the dormitory and wait for dormitory allocation. Most of the money that I need to stay in Germany will be offered by my parents.

also, I registered for ‘Superconto’, So I don't have to worry about money problems. Even if there is a situation where the remittance of money is delayed, I have enough money myself and My parents will help me.

I hope I can get a visa for these reasons.

Sincerely,

000
